Use, Care, and Safety

• Place fully open on a stable, level, clean, dry floor and test the mat before each session
• Descriptions of grip or non-slip texture do not guarantee slip prevention on every floor or when moisture, oil, dust, wear, or uncontrolled movement is present
• Keep both mat surfaces dry and stop use if torn, punctured, delaminated, permanently curled, contaminated, or unstable
• Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, air dry fully on both sides, and store loosely rolled away from sunlight, heaters, sharp objects, and heavy compression
• The strap is only for securing and carrying the empty rolled mat; do not use it as an exercise band, restraint, lifting sling, or support for people
